Obbi golf comes ready loaded with best-practice content including policies and procedures, risk assessments, safe operating procedures, training materials, accident reports and much more.
Our checklists and audits are a bit out of date, can you help?
No worries! We provide all key checklists and audits that any golf club could ever need – we called in the experts to do all of the hard work so you don’t have to! We even have the ability to set automatic reminders to help any of the team members ensure they’re all done at the exact time you need, plus send alerts if they’re not completed.
Will the transition from paper to digital be overwhelming?
Absolutely not. We’re operators ourselves and know how to simplify everything for you and make your life much easier. We do all the work – set up your platform and train you and your Obbi Champions (basically your advocates for rolling out the training). We can even upload any content you have of your own including training, checks or audits. Plus the platform is so easy to use!
Third-party contractors are external, how do they sign into the platform?
They will get assigned a unique Obbi log in and sign in via our web portal – they will only get access to the sections of Obbi that they need. You can distribute your clubs safe working practises and ensure they’ve read and signed off – even before they come to the club.
Our teams are concerned about IT systems, is it difficult to use?
As operators ourselves, we know how important ease of use is. Winning Innovative Product of the Year two years in a row, as well as Best IT Cloud product, we’ve built the platform to be so simple to use. If you can use a mobile phone – you can use Obbi golf easily. It quite literally is click and go.
Will support be available once the initial implementation is complete?
Of course! We provide a support package with your own designated Account Manager, full training, support meetings, proactive best practice meetings and best practice content updates and seminars. We want you to get the best out of Obbi. You can also request on-sight audits and inspections with our Professional Services Partners, price available on request.
