What to expect in the onboarding process.

Onboarding

Our Customer Success Experts will carry out an onboarding period of 4 weeks and will be carried out in following 4 stages:

Stage 1

Tee-off meeting

We meet with your Heads of Department / Managers to discuss your club’s current setup and identify any goals you aim to achieve with Obbi. We then discuss how Obbi can help attain your club’s goals, walk through the Obbi Onboarding process, agree your club’s initial content and establish timeframes in which onboarding stages will be complete

Stage 2

Tailored account setup

We will create your club’s Obbi account. This includes user accounts for your staff members and any content you have provided will be uploaded onto Obbi

Stage 3

Training

The next step is to ensure your staff are trained to enable them to effectively take ownership of Obbi. We will hold training sessions for your Management and Head of Department staff and provide additional resources to enable staff to get started with Obbi as quick as possible.

Stage 4

Rollout and Success

We want your club to start seeing the value Obbi provides as soon as possible. After training and account setup we will work closely with you to ensure your club are utilising Obbi effectively to take ownership throughout the club

I struggle to roll out company-wide changes; staff are set in their ways. Do you have any tips?

We understand that implementing company-wide changes can be challenging, especially when staff members are accustomed to manual processes. Our Obbi Golf ‘Guide to Software Implementation’ is designed precisely to address this issue. It provides strategies to ensure staff feel more comfortable with new systems and comprehend the benefits it brings to their roles/departments. You can access the guide here.

Is it only the Manager and Head of Departments that have access to the system?

No, Obbi Golf is unique in that it allows all staff members to have their own logins. This enables them to complete and track their training, and if entrusted with specific tasks or safety checks, these can be managed within their individual logins.

Can you upload club-specific documents onto the platform, or do you have to use existing content?

Obbi Golf provides clubs with the flexibility to upload both written and video content onto the system with just a click. Management also has the option to create their own videos and upload them to Obbi Golf for club-specific training content.

Do we have to use QR Codes?

No, using QR Codes helps expedite the process of managing compliance, safety, and training. However, if a club prefers to use standard logins, QR Codes are not mandatory.

Is the system cloud-based or desktop-only?

Obbi Golf is fully cloud-based and can be accessed on Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet. While it is not yet available as an app, a shortcut can be created on any of the mentioned devices to provide instant login access. We are excited to share that an Obbi Golf app is currently under development and will be released later this year, featuring exciting new features.
